The Project Approach in the Practice of Innovative Learning

The article touches upon the problems of weak interconnection of projects initiated by organizations with strategic priorities of development of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The authors propose an algorithm for analyzing the problem situation, allowing to take into account the interests of all stakeholders. The implementation of the proposed algorithm helps to build communication between project developers and the project office in the region. It is emphasized that the methodology of the formulation of «project initiative» should be the standard of teaching students and trainees the basics of project management.В статье затрагиваются проблемы слабой взаимосвязи инициируемых организациями проектов со стратегическими приоритетами развития субъектов Российской Федерации. Авторы предлагают алгоритм анализа проблемной ситуации, позволяющий учесть интересы всех заинтересованных сторон. Внедрение предложенного алгоритма способствует выстраиванию коммуникации разработчиков проекта с проектным офисом региона. Подчеркивается, что методика формулировки «проектной инициативы» должна быть стандартом обучения студентов и слушателей основам проектного управления
