Recommendations for adjuvant treatment for women with early-stage endometrial carcinoma are based on clinicopathologic features. Comprehensive genomic characterization defined four subgroups: p53-mutant, microsatellite instability (MSI), POLE-mutant, and no specific molecular profile (NSMP).
