BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA SEBAGAI SALAH SATU ALTERNATIF SUMBER PENDAPATAN DESA BERDASARKAN UNDANG UNDANG NO 6 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG DESA

Village as local entity have genuine autonomy where the impact of its village’s autonomy recognition is the village has the authority to regulate and manage their own internal affair. It is becoming an interesting research when the village make serious efforts to build economic independence. There are many ways can be use by village to strengthen their original revenue, one of them is establishing “Badan Usaha Milik Desa†or BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) which in part of the capital investment is supported by the village treasury. BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) is growing to be an independent business entity, moreover in some area BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) is transforming to became koperasi or company. This journal aims to observe BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) as one of the alternative solution to increase the village income based on Act number 6 years 2014 about Village and review the comparison between BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) and the other legal entities.Â
