Ciência e Direitos Humanos: direitos culturais e maternidade

The goal of this article is to make an analysis of the connection between Science and culture and its impact among women, especially during motherhood. It highlights the recent conquest of public spaces. The bibliographic survey presented has as theme the female human rights and the way science sees women. Later, there is a research involving the public mentioned above about the legislation and other normative aspects that are currently available for search on the website of the Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional (IPHAN). The article highlights the major influence that the human rights caused on the current museum legislation.O objetivo desse artigo é analisar a ligação entre ciência e cultura bem como seu impacto entre as mulheres, especialmente durante a maternidade, destacando a recente conquista dos espaços públicos. Foi realizado levantamento bibliográfico sobre o tema dos Direitos Humanos das Mulheres e a visão sobre as mulheres na Ciência. Posteriormente é apresentada pesquisa sobre legislações e normativas disponíveis nos portais virtuais do Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional, com destaque para a influência majoritária dos Direitos Humanos sobre a legislação museológica atual
