PREPARASI DAN KARAKTERISASI MATERIAL KERAMIK BARIUM TITANAT (BaTiO3) DENGAN METODE PERTUMBUHAN BUTIR TERORIENTASI UNTUK APLIKASI PIEZOELEKTRIK. Keramik piezoelektrik tekstur polikristalin telah berhasil ditumbuhkan dengan metode Pertumbuhan Butir Terorientasi (Templated Grain Growth - TGG). Sejumlah fraksi partikel template anisotropik diorientasikanpada partikel matriks yang ukuran butirnya lebih kecil dengan proses tape casting dan terjadi pertumbuhanbutir seiring dengan perlakuan panas, dimana butir matriks tumbuh disekeliling partikel template pada orientasi tertentu.
