The purpose of this research is to know the magritude of the influence of the working ability and motivation work towards job satifaction and performance of employees. As well as to know the influence of job sansfaction of the employess en performance. The population in this study as many 232 employees, determining the number of sampel using sloving formula with a sample of 70 employees.
