The higher education establishments, as well as any other organization, seek to survive in an increasingly competitive market. In this scenario, there is a constant concern for improving the quality of life within the work environment whose aim is to keep workers satisfied. Studies show that the degree of worker’s satisfaction at work is directly related to how committed to the organization he is and also these factors could influence the performance of the worker.
