Analisis Pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Price To Book Value (PBV) terhadap Return Saham (Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) Periode 2012-2016)

The purpose of investment done by investors in the capital market is to get return of said investment. An investor perform a variety of ways in order to obtain appropriate return is desired, to conduct its own analysis of the behavior of a stock trade, or by using the means already available in the market from analysts in stock market. Information that can be used as a proxy for the stock returns studied is NPM, DER, PER and PBV. Companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index are selected as the population used in this study are listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2018 period. Purposive sampling is used to get the sample in this research using criterias and 15 companies are the samples. This research is using multiple linear regression. NPM, PER and PBV have a significant and positive impact on stock return, meanwhile DER have a significant and negative impact on stock return. Keywords: Stock Return, NPM, DER, PER, PBV ABSTRAK Return adalah tujuan dari investor untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal. Investor melakukan berbagai cara agar bisa mendapatkan return yang sesuai diinginkan, dengan melakukan analisis sendiri pada perilaku perdagangan suatu saham, ataupun dengan menggunakan sarana yang sudah disediakan dari analis di pasar modal. Informasi-informasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai tolak ukur tingkat return saham perusahaan yang diteliti adalah NPM, DER, PER dan PBV. Perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index dipilih sebagai populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2012-2016. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk mendapatkan jumlah sampel. Berdasarkan teknik tersebut, 15 perusahaan diperoleh sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan hasil bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat NPM, PER dan PBV, maka semakin tinggi juga return sahamnya, hanya DER yang memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return saham.
