Add to ORKGThe objective of this research is having post-audit design, construction, maintenance and repairing system in high rise buildings. The method of research is inspection of construction components floor to floor (interior and exterior) and investigation of components repair. Afterwards, we analyze the reability of the building and conduct statistic analysis. The research showed degradation happened in construction components of each building. The largest degradation occured in component construction of building roof, door and window, and floor surface.
