Plant Elaeocarpus mastersii King is a medicinal plant with variety of secondary metabolites is like fenolik and alkaloid. To obtain compounds of plant secondary metabolites can be carried out with isolation process. Ethyl acetate extract of Elaeocarpus mastersii King bark had been carried out by chromatographic column. The results of the separation column chromatography were continued by preparative thin layer chromatography, to obtain a pure compound. Isolated compound was tested TLC test to prove the purity of the compound that provides a blue stain. The UV spectrum showed a double bond in the isolated compound is in λ 203,20 nm, 243,60 nm, and 305,40 nm and the IR spectrum showed the functional groups OH stretching absorption at 3331,55 ...
