JENIS-JENIS SEMUT (HYMENOPTERA: FORMICIDAE) PADA PERTANAMAN KOPI (Coffea arabica L.) DI KECAMATAN DANAU KEMBAR KABUPATEN SOLOK SUMATERA BARAT

An inventory of ants species(Hymenoptera: Formicidae) in Coffea arabica plantation at Danau Kembar Solok Regency, West Sumatera was conducted from on October 1st 2016 by using modification of “Quadra Protocol” method which consist of Hand Collection, Soil Sampling, Leaf Litter Sampling, Honey Bait (at ground and tree trunk) methods. A total of 15 species of ants that belonging to four subfamilies, nine tribe, 13 genera and 601 individuals was collect. The highest number of species was found in Myrmicinae (seven species), followed by Formicinae (four species) and the lowest number of species was found in Dolichoderinae and Ponerinae (two species)
