KARAKTERISTIK TUMOR GANAS KELOPAK MATA BERDASARKAN USIA, JENIS KELAMIN, PEKERJAAN, DAN TEMPAT TINGGAL DI RSUP DR. M. DJAMIL PADANG PERIODE JANUARI 2005 – DESEMBER 2015

ABSTRACT Malignant tumors of the eyelids included in malignant tumors on adnexal eye that can occur in the various structures of the eyelids. Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) is the most common malignancy of the eyelids, the other malignancy are Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC), Sebaseous Gland Carcinoma (SGC), Malignant Melanoma (MM), and Rhabdomyosarkoma (RMS). The purpose of this study was to determine the frequency distribution of malignant tumors of the eyelids based on age, gender, occupation, and residence in patients with malignant tumors of the eyelids. The method of this study was descriptive. Sample in this study amounted to 54 malignant tumor patients of Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital in Padang during January 2005 to December 2015 that used data from medical record, such as age, gender, occupation, and residence. The result demonstrated that BCC was the most malignant tumors of the eyelids (44,44%). Based on age, BCC and SGC more often between the ages of 46-65 years, SCC and MM (26-45 years), while RMS (0-11 years). Based on gender, woman were more often affected by BCC, SGC, MM, and RMS, while SCC was more common in men. Based on occupation and residence, BCC, SCC, SGC, MM, and RMS were more common in peoples with indoor jobs and peoples living in the lowlands. Conclusion of this study are BCC is the most common malignancy, often occurs in women, aged 46-65 years, working outdoors, and lowlanders. Keywords : Malignant Tumors of the Eyelids ABSTRAK Tumor ganas kelopak mata termasuk ke dalam tumor ganas pada adneksa mata yang dapat mengenai berbagai struktur di kelopak mata. Karsinoma Sel Basal (KSB) merupakan keganasan yang paling sering terjadi, keganasan lain adalah karsinoma Sel Skuamosa (KSS), Karsinoma Kelenjar Sebasea (KKS), Melanoma Maligna (MM), dan Rhabdomiosarkoma (RMS). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi tumor ganas kelopak mata berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, dan tempat tinggal pada pasien tumor ganas kelopak mata. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 54 orang penderita tumor ganas kelopak mata di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang periode Januari 2005 sampai dengan Desember 2015 dengan menggunakan data rekam medik berupa usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, dan tempat tinggal. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa KSB merupakan tumor ganas kelopak mata terbanyak (44,44%). Berdasarkan usia, KSB dan KKS sering terjadi pada usia 46-65 tahun, KSS dan MM (26-45 tahun), sedangkan RMS ( 0-11 tahun). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, perempuan lebih sering terkena KSB, KKS, MM, dan RMS, sedangkan KSS lebih sering terjadi pada laki-laki. Berdasarkan pekerjaan dan tempat tinggal, semua keganasan lebih sering terjadi pada orang yang bekerja indoor dan orang yang tinggal di dataran rendah. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa keganasan yang paling sering adalah KSB yang banyak terjadi pada perempuan, usia 46-65 tahun, bekerja indoor, dan tinggal di dataran rendah.
