This survey, provided by the National Convergence Technology Center (CTC), was created for Working Connections (an annual professional development training event for IT faculty) attendees. Attendees take this survey each January to measure long-term classroom impact of the summer training. For the past five years one survey has been prepared for each Working Connections event. This survey includes twelve question. Questions relate to the number of students taught, number of sections taught in a subject area, skills developed during training, teaching improvements incorporated into classes, student improvement, program creation, and costs related to training.&nbsp
