The manufacturing and service sectors in Bangladesh have been growing rapidly since the beginning of twenty first century. From the beginning of the industrial development in Bangladesh, some sectors including pharmaceutical are demonstrating extraordinary performance in manufacturing process. The study has been conducted on four large scale pharmaceutical companies based on their employees’ response.
