The objective was evaluate the colonization of native arbuscular mycorrhizae associated with roots of grass species Dichanthium aristatum (L) in terms of chemical factors of soil, livestock farms, the physiographic subregion Sabanas. The determination of the percentage of root colonization in colored was performed by counting of mycelium, spores, auxiliary cells, vesicles and arbuscules in the microscope. The model created or probability function was used to measure likelihood of occurrence of colonization in response to the presence of chemical soil factors.
