The rapid growth of BMT UGT Sidogiri since established in 2000 is one of the accomplishment which has been achieved well, but for the employees of BMT UGT Sidogiri who mostly the sarong or alumni of Pesantren. The achievement is something that is interesting to examine because for financial institutions, both banks and non-bank typically consists of practitioner’s economy.
