In the recent past, much importance has been placed on the issue of bullying in schools, both in the United States and in foreign countries. Research has been conducted on this issue not only here, but in Norway, Sweden, England, Japan, and Australia. The perception of educators and parents has changed from one of it\u27s just a passing thing with young people to one of concern and, in some cases, alarm.
