Analisis Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) Di Wilayah Kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tanah Datar Tahun 2014

Objectives This research is to know of health management information system (SIMPUS) in working area department of health Tanah Datar regency not fully equipped and reporting is not on time. Method This kind of researc is qualitative mehthode by indept interview and focus group discussion as well as docoment analysis in health regency Tanah Datar and health care district in working area department of health tanah datar regency. Analysis data is using triangulation of sources and methods. Records of the results of in-depth interviews and focus group discussions made in the form of transcripts and analyzed and interpreted in the form of research results. Results Results of research in staff quantity organizer SIMPUS get the amount is still not enough. Funds of funds management SIMPUS taken from the state budget, DAU and JKN, and specifically for the management SIMPUS still there. In the provision of facilities and infrastructure SIMPUS Tanah Datar district health office always meet the needs of health centers although not optimally. The method used there are two manual and computerized using Infokes applications. The collection, processing and reporting of data has not been going well. With the result that making the report is incomplete and often too late. Conclusion Reporting data from health centers to district health office Plains incomplete and not timely. It is recommended that personnel managers SIMPUS not have double duty in order to focus in working report, in order to avoid delay in delivery of reports and incomplete reports sent.
