Indonesian state has one of the largest suppliers of labor-sending abroad, one of the countries in Asia to receive the distribution of Indonesian migrant workers are most Malaysian states. Problems in this paper are: a) How is the implementation of the responsibilities given by the State of RI to protect Indonesian workers working in Malaysia? b) What are the policies related to the protection of migrant workers provided by the Malaysian state? Therefore, the thesis entitled: "Implementation Mechanism State Responsibility in Protecting Indonesian Migrant Workers in Overseas" is an essay that describes and discusses the full, how legal arrangements in international and national law.
