The purpose of the present study was to find out the effect of uphill, downhill and combined running programme on power and reaction time. To achieve the purpose of this study, sixty male students were selected randomly from Department of Physical Education & sports Sciences, Annamalai University, Tamilnadu State, India, The selected subjects age ranged from18 to 25 years. They are divided into four equal groups, each group consists of fifteen subjects.
