PENGARUH FREE CASH FLOW, STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN SAHAM, DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN LIABILITAS (Analisis pada Perusahaan Consumer Goods Industry yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2012-2014)

This study aims to determine the effect of free cash flow, ownership structure, and profitability on debt policy on consumer goods company in BEI 2012 – 2014 period. This research using secondary data. Historical data was taken from the financial statements and the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) that published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample was selected using purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria there were 14 companies that become sample study. This study used a methods quantitative approach and multiple regression data analysis using SPSS version 17. Hypothesis testing using t-test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results showed that in partial free cash flow and profitability significantly affect debt policy while variable ownership structure has no effect on debt policy. Whereas simultaneously, the variable free cash flow, ownership structure and profitability have significant effect on coorporate debt policy on consumer goods industry.
