Regular exercise can create an ideal body by reducing body fat. Based on the type of dominant energy used, exercise is divided into aerobic and anaerobic. Both are able to decrease body fat mass which can be measured by measuring the thickness of subcutaneous fat (skinfold). The aim of this study is to analyze the relation between aerobic and anaerobic exercise with skinfold thickness. This is an analytic cross-sectional research.
