Learn the impact that AD/HD has on a student\u27s social, academic, and psychological functioning, along with practical strategies to assist the student in the classroom. Discuss the following topics: differentiating AD/HD from other disorders, brain-based research, special education and 504 accommodations, social skills, organizational skills, and academic modifications. Target audience: educators, special educators K-12.
