In this era of competence, every company must be able to develop and improve the company in various ways compiled in the program to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with mediated by job stress on AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surabaya area office. The sample used in this study amounted to 36 employees at the Surabaya regional office was obtained by using non-probability sampling.
