PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PERUM BULOG SUB DIVRE PONOROGO

Perum Bulog Sub Divre Ponorogo is a state-owned company engaged in the staple food is rice. Achievements and implementation of the vision and mission must be supported by the good performance of employees. Factors that influence the performance of the employee one of which comes from the motivation to work which is owned by the employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Samples of this research are 69 people using a sample of each part of the population by 118 employees Bulog Sub Division Ponorogo. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results of the study explains that motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance Bulog Sub Division Ponorogo Keywords: Work Motivation, Employee Performance Perum Bulog Sub Divre Ponorogo adalah perusahaan milik negara yang bergerak di bidangmakanan pokok adalah nasi. Prestasi dan pelaksanaan visi dan misi harus didukung oleh kinerja yang baik dari karyawan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan salah satunya berasal dari motivasi kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 69 orang yang menggunakan sampel dari setiap bagian dari populasi sebesar 118 karyawan Bulog Sub Divisi Ponorogo. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwamotivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bulog Sub Divisi PonorogoKata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawa
