Perum Bulog Sub Divre Ponorogo is a state-owned company engaged in the staple food is rice. Achievements and implementation of the vision and mission must be supported by the good performance of employees. Factors that influence the performance of the employee one of which comes from the motivation to work which is owned by the employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Samples of this research are 69 people using a sample of each part of the population by 118 employees Bulog Sub Division Ponorogo.
