PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KOMITMEN AFEKTIF (STUDI PADA KARYAWAN PT. PETROKOPINDO CIPTA SELARAS GRESIK)

This study aims to identifity and explain the influence of job satisfaction, affective commitment, and employees performance in PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik. The purpose of this study are analyze the influences of job satisfaction, affective commitment, and employee performance as well as the mediating role of affective commitment on job satisfaction to employee performance. Sample of this study were permanent employee of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik counted 67 employees from the calculation quiestionnaire to the processed. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of the alternative method Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square with the help of software Smart PLS 2.0. The results of the study explained that job satisfaction has no significantly influence to employee performance. Job satisfaction has positive significant influence to affective commitment. Affective commitment not significantly influence to employee performance. Affective commitment has no mediate influence job satisfaction on employee performance. Keywords : job satisfaction, affective commitment, employee peerformance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifasi dan menjelaskan tentang kepuasan kerja, komitmen afektif, dan kinerja karyawan di PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta peran mediasi dari komitmen afektif pada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik yang berjumlah 67 karyawan dari perhitungan angket untuk diolah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dengan metode alternative Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square dengan bantuan software SmartPLS2.0. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. Komitmen afektif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen afektif tidak memediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
