Abstract: This study aims to examine and analyze impact financialcompensation and job stress has a effect on job satisfaction ofemployee in the office PT. Semenanjung Pangeran Agung. Thesampling technique of this study is using jenuh sampling, where thepopulations used is the employees who has a service life at least 5years and sample size of 32 respondents. Statistical analysis methodused in this study is the multiple linear regression with the help ofSPSS 20 software.
