This study was designed to investigate the relationship between motor ability and intelligence in preschool children. Three groups, consisting of high, middle and low motor ability children, were compared. After conducting a motor ability test on 100 children, 48 preschoolers assessed high, middle and low in motor ability were selected as subjects, and then they were administered an intelligence test. As children\u27s motor ability became higher, they showed higher intelligence; especially, the low ability group showed significantly lower intelligence than the other two groups.
