PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP TINGKAT KINERJA KARYAWAN DI KANTOR POS MADIUN

ABSTRACTThis article is about the effect of the use of communication technologies to the performance level of the employees at the post office of Madison. The method used is quantitative pedenkatan. The population in this study there are 80 employees. The results of this study, the use of communications technology in the Madiun Post Office is high. It can be seen from the presentation of 3.73%. While the performance level of employees in the Madiun Post Office is also quite high with the presentation of 3.70%. From the calculation, overall this study suggest that the use of communication technologies provide significant impact on the performance level of the employees in the Madiun Post Office has amounted to 6.794 t count > t table 1.999 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 and effect of 37.2 % percentage, while the remaining 62.8% is influenced by other factors.Keywords: Technology Communication, Employee Performance ABSTRAKArtikel ini berisi tentang pengaruh penggunaan teknologi komunikasi terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan di kantor pos Madiun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pedenkatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ada 80 karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, penggunaan teknologi komunikasi di kantor pos Madiun tergolong tinggi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari presentasi sebesar 3,73%. Sedangkan tingkat kinerja karyawan di kantor pos Madiun juga tergolong tinggi dengan presentasi sebesar 3,70%. Dari hasil perhitungan, secara keseluruhan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa penggunaan teknologi komunikasi memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan di kantor pos Madiun dengan memiliki t hitung sebesar 6,794 > t table 1,999 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan presentase pengaruh sebesar 37,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain.Kata Kunci : Teknologi Komunikasi, Kinerja Karyawa
