Goals: To learn the techniques, theory, and application of theatrical makeup. To develop a working knowledge of materials and methods essential to use of principal types of theatrical makeup. Content: Makeup design and application in relation to character development and the overall production concept. The course focuses on advanced paint techniques and prosthetics. Taught: Periodically. Prerequisite: THTR 1420 or permission of instructor. Credits: 4 credit
