The strengthening of structural elements of reinforced concrete submitted to bending, by means of sticking with an epoxy-adhesive of the precise structure in shape of, steel bands is a more and more used system. But, however, in many cases the strengthening to not runs properly or is no more effective after awhile due to a bad knowledge of its technig, causing the structure to sink.
