State and federal agencies govern many aspects of public policy, business and economic regulations, social values, politics and regulatory compliance. Issues relating to banking, environmental protection, food and drug regulations and health care matters are especially important in Administrative Law. The course examines the rights, power and procedures of administrative agencies in investigation, rulemaking, adjudication, and informal actions.
