The research question addressed in this project was, what impact do nonverbal behavior management strategies have on an elementary classroom? The motivating factor for this capstone was the struggle to find a behavior management system that worked in a new teacher’s elementary classroom. This capstone details nonverbal behavior management techniques, how to best implement them into practice, and how to track their results on a classroom’s culture.
