The research question addressed is, can an effective, professional technology development plan be developed that will enable teachers to integrate technology into their classrooms? Technology has altered how our society functions and more importantly how students learn. Throughout several years teaching technology it has become evident how vital the classroom teacher is to technology education. This capstone details the importance and struggles of integrating technology. It discusses how teaching staff was surveyed and the results used to plan personalized staff development opportunities. Lastly, it outlines future ideas for enabling teachers to become confident users of technology
