The research question addressed is, what is the importance of finding and utilizing students\u27 strengths, especially in the primary grades, for both the students and the teacher? The motivating factor for this capstone was the belief that each child should be able to learn in the way best for him or her, despite the fact that those ways may be different from child to child. This capstone details the ways to go about finding student strengths and help them find their own strengths in the classroom.
