The research question addressed in the project is, in what ways will the use of online tutorials, in conjunction with guided technology training sessions, impact teachers\u27 perceptions of using new technology in their classrooms? It developed from a desire to have teachers utilize technology taught during staff development. The literature review showed support for a hybrid delivery model and its effect on teachers retention and use of the material presented. The author developed online tutorials and led training sessions. The study consisted of K-12 teachers in the author\u27s school district.
