The project consists of three buildings, joined together. The main building houses woodwork and metalwork shops, photographic laboratories, ceramic workshop and various secondary installations, in the basement. The ground floor has a number of games' rooms a room for the youth leader, and the manager's flat. The top floor is occupied by the library, a hall for craftwork and services. A second building has a large assembly hall, a cafeteria bar, dining room, and drawing room on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a general hall, for showing films, lectures, and similar, with a capacity for 180 seated people. The third building includes the table tennis hall and a bicycle storage. Construction is diaphanous, simple, and of high class workmanship, in up to date styles and using modem materials.El conjunto construido consta de tres edificios unidos entre sí: El edificio principal alberga, en el semisótano, los talleres de carpintería y metalistería, laboratorio fotográfico, taller de cerámica, cuartos de las instalaciones, etc.; en la planta baja, una serie de salas de juegos, etc., el cuarto del jefe de la juventud, y vivienda del director; y en la planta alta, la biblioteca, un local para la práctica de labores manuales, etc. El edificio de la gran sala colectiva aloja, en su nivel inferior, un salón cafetería-bar, comedor, sala de dibujo; y en la primera planta, la sala para múltiples usos —proyección de películas, reuniones, etc.— con capacidad de 180 asientos. Finalmente el tercer edificio alberga la sala de ping-pong y un local para guardar bicicletas.
