The direct and indirect effects of public education on character education and how teachers can improve it

My study of character education led me to a personal project in an effort to better understand the subject. I decided to begin my classes with a word or phrase, which gave positive value message to my students. I averaged about four days per week over fifteen weeks. I originally conducted an indirect study of student response and noted my reactions to what I saw and heard. I decided to create a more comprehensive approach to understanding my students\u27 responses to this activity. I created an anonymous, name-optional questionnaire, administered it, and compiled a statistical analysis of the responses it garnered
