The research question addressed in this study was, does integrating the Christian theological narrative into an environmental studies course influence factors related to environmentally responsible behavior? The motivation for this study arises from the authors work developing a senior level environmental studies course at a Christian private high school. By examining the research, the author shows that there are many factors that influence environmentally responsible behaviors, but that there is little research regarding how religious educational institutions work to shape these factors.
