This capstone begins by exploring three complementary theories about the connection between movement and learning and highlights research that supports the correlation between a fit body and a fit brain. This curriculum-based capstone continues by explaining the process of answering the question: How can kinesthetic learning be integrated into the third grade classroom? The conclusion emphasizes the benefits of integrating kinesthetic learning into all classrooms, despite the grade level or subject, for both students and teachers.
