This capstone focuses on how educators incorporate the influences of religion within social studies curriculum and asks the question: How can an educator effectively examine the various influences of religion on society within the social studies curriculum while staying within legal boundaries? This capstone\u27s purpose is to elicit thought on the topic of limiting school curriculum and the negative impact that may have on students, teachers and society by looking at the dictum of Supreme Court Justices, literature on the topic, and the opinions of teachers and administrators gathered through a questionnaire
