With the announcement Friday that the U.S. Economics Development Administration (EDA) had awarded them a grant of $693,000 for renovations to the Shea\u27s Buffalo Theater these Friends of Buffalo led by restoration director L. Curt Mangel reacted with pleasure as they toasted the future of the landmark theater. From left are Mangel, George Wands and Carl Kosmerl.
