The goal of this study was to help church leaders return to spiritual formation and transformational leadership by practicing the characteristics of quality leadership in effective church administration. It was argued that the practice of these spiritual disciplines can lead to effective church administration. The thesis was tested among leading laity of the member churches of the Evangelical Fellowship of Sierra Leone (EFSL) by way of responding to a questionnaire. Exegetical work is done on 1 and 2 Timothy that identifies characteristics of quality leadership in effective church administration.
