Current Legal Regulation and Perspectives of Conclusion of Business Contracts in the Czech Republic

Although we positively evaluate the part of the Commercial Code that regulates business obligations, there are duplications and problems that are solved by interpretation in compliance with the extending number of international treaties and developing EC law. The use of commercial terms, business customs, and additional clauses is extending at the expense of regulations. We think this is correct
