HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2 DIRUANG POLI PENYAKIT DALAM RSUD DR. ACHMAD MOCHTAR BUKITTINGGI TAHUN 2017

The report from Medical Record outpatient in Dr. Achmad Mochtar HospitalBukittinggi 2017.The patients recurrent Diabetes Mellitus control and the treatment in the outpatient many 300 people per month.The purpose of this study was to find out Family Support with Compliance Drinking in patients with type 2 diabetes. The study was conducted in the room outpatirnt of Internal Medicine Dr. AchmadMochtarBukittinggi from 4 to 6 July 2017. The researchers conducted a preliminary study on 10 patients with Diabetes Mellitus. 4 people from 10 patients said they were getting bored and lazy to take the drugs due to lack of family support for patients. This research method using descriptive analytic method with corelation study approach design, then data is processed by using Chi Square test. The sample in this study were 35 respondents. The result of statistical testp value = 0.000 (p <α) or relation of informasinal support with drug adherence compliance in patient of type 2 DM, value p value=0,002 (p <α) or relation of support Assessment with compliance Taking medication in patient dm type 2, p value = 0.000 (p <α) hence can be concluded existence of relation of support of Instumental with compliance of medicine in patient dm type 2 in outpatient Disease in RSUD Dr. AchmadMochtarBukittinggi 2017. Suggestions in this study can used as inputs for families, especially Family Support in the form of informational support, supportassessment, support instrumental and emotional support, so that patients who suffer from DM further improve adherence to drug
