La felicidad en trabajadores administrativos en una empresa privada del cercado de Lima

En la presente investigación se optó por el tipo descriptivo y diseño no experimental, la técnica es mediante la encuesta y el instrumento es de tipo cuestionario. La muestra está constituida por 40 empleados administrativos de la Empresa Nuevo Mundo. Los resultados fueron: El Nivel Felicidad en la empresa “Nuevo Mundo “es “Media” teniendo como resultado: 40,00 % en la categoría Media; 22,50 %, en la categoría Alta, 17,50 % Muy Alta; 7,50 % baja ; 12,50 % Muy Baja; en la primera dimensión Sentido Positivo de la vida se tienen los siguientes resultados: El 92,5%, “Medianamente feliz” ;el 5,0%, “Feliz”; el 2,5%, “Infeliz”The present investigation is of descriptive type and not experimental design, the technique, the survey and the instrument is of questionnaire type.
