Abstract: One of the simple carbohydrates is glucose that acts as the main energy producer. The function of the body will be felicitous when blood glucose levels are within normal limits. Glucose removal levels are considered normal if glucose levels return to normal within 2 hours after it rises in the first hour. If the blood glucose level within 2 hours after given fed is abnormal, it can be done by Oral Glucose Tolerance Test to get additional information about the presence of carbohydrate metabolism disorders.
