Concentrations of natural radioactive elements (K, U, Th) were measured in Devonian limestones, sinters, cave soils and fluvial cave sediments in the speleotherapy medical facility in the Sloupsko-šošůvské Caves using a field gamma-ray spectrometer. In Devonian limestones, K ranges from 0 to 2.1 %, U from 0 to 5.1 ppm and Th from 0 to 12.2 ppm. Relatively high values of K (0.7 - 3.9 %), U (1.3 - 7.1 ppm) and Th (2.6 - 18.0 ppm) were found in cave soils and cave fluvial sediments. Sinters have low contents of K (0 - 1.1 %), U (1.1 - 3.0 ppm) and Th (0 - 3.6 ppm)
