Earthquake is a most destructive force on earth and is responsible to cause damages of manmade structures. Most recent earthquake has shown that the irregular distribution of mass, stiffness and strength may cause serious damage in structural systems. The paper discusses the performance evaluation of reinforced concrete building with irregular plan like C shape. Three models for multi-storey structure are considered for the described in IS: 1893-2002, model in E-tabs software.
