proposed a new procedure for modeling of high order linear time invariant SISO Interval systems. The numerator of reduced model is obtained by Cauer second form and denominator was obtained by Eigen spectrum analysis. This method generates a stable lower order model for a stable high order model. The reduction procedure is simple, efficient and computer oriented. The algorithm is illustrated with the help of one numerical example to highlight the advantages of the approach and the results are compared with the other existing techniques
